Notes/Domino 6 and 7 Forum : Tuner MSI Prevalidation Errors

The Notes 6 only MSI file published by IBM/Lotus fails prevalidation checks using the OEM version of Installshield Tuner for Lotus Notes published by IBM/Lotus, with 12 errors and 44 warnings (see the output below).

I'm using files downloaded from the Business Partner Zone. Is this expected behavior? Is there any documentation on this in addition to the Notes 6 admin help file? Should we ignore these errors?
